• list complete street address (UPS does not deliver to PO boxes)
• include customer number if you have one (listed on last packing list)

shipping: we ship standard UPS ground delivery - if you wish faster service, please note on the order - the shipping cost is the actual cost plus $2.00 - if you are paying by check, please contact us for the cost - if paying by credit card, we will add the shipping cost to your order

payment: make checks payable to “Creative Fibers”. Master Card and Visa charges are also accepted. You must include expiration and V-code. (The V-code is the last 3 digits from the code printed on the back of credit card.)

returns: your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us - if a product is defective, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge - threads that have been wound off a cone, needles and books are not returnable - on all other items, please contact us to arrange exchange or return

backorders: if for some reason we do not have your order in stock, we will contact you with an approximate ship date - you will have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait for the item - otherwise, we will ship as soon as possible
